If Hydrogen Fuel Cell Cars Cost No Premium

to buy and H2 fueling stations were in place, so consumers could choose between equally priced cars:  one with the traditional internal combustion engine that drives about 300 miles between fuelings and pollutes the air, or the other with a fuel cell battery that also drives 300 miles between fuelings (at about the same cost or a little less) but gives off only water — what would be the impact?
